Education leaders from school or kura with Year 0-8 students are invited to an unmissable opportunity: the Curriculum Roadshow for Leaders.

This roadshow’s keynote speaker is Dr Nathaniel Swain. The day brings together international thought leaders and local experts to explore how to implement and sustain a quality knowledge rich curriculum based on the science of learning.  Come to the roadshow so that you can lead this change with clarity and confidence.

With four sessions across two weeks, you can attend in person or watch live online - whichever suits your schedule.

For those leaders in secondary schools, a Curriculum Roadshow for Years 9-13 is being planned for the beginning of 2026.

  • Professor Gail Gillon – a leading expert in children’s speech, language, and literacy.

Who can attend

For the Curriculum Roadshow for Leaders, up to two education leaders (Years 0-8) from each school or kura can attend the in-person events, this helps us manage venue capacity and cost constraints across all four events. The sessions will be held in Christchurch, Lower Hutt, Auckland and Rotorua. 

There is no limit on online event attendance for eligible leaders and attendees will be watching the live event. Online attendees are welcome to join any of the four sessions, regardless of location.
