Boulcott Hall is a high-rise building conveniently located in the central city. The location is 15 minutes walk to the waterfront and handy for transport, shops, restaurants and cafes. The hall offers single rooms with king single beds and shared bathroom facilities, all bathrooms are single lockable bathrooms. All rooms have a desk and chair and free Wi-fi is available to all guests. Linen and towels are supplied as part of your stay and the hall offers a self service free of charge laundry. Each floor has its own common room with seating, TV, access to fridge and microwave. A Sky lounge with table tennis and pool table is located on the ground floor. 24/7 camera surveillance and swipe card access is required to enter the building.

Room Information

Bedding, linen and towels are provided in all rooms, rooms all have king single beds. University guest internet access is available throughout the hall. A free of charge laundry is available along with study spaces and communal areas. Standard single rooms are shared bathroom facilities which have individual lockable bathrooms.

Catering Rates: 
Breakfast – incl one hot option $17.00 pp (minimum 15 guests required)

Damages: 
Any damages, breakages, or losses should be reported immediately to Hall staff.
You are responsible for returning all keys and access cards issued upon departure.
Failure to return any keys, will result in a replacement charge of $90 per key or access card.

Prohibited Items:
No alcoholic liquor, vaping or smoking are permitted within or surrounding Boulcott Hall.
All illicit drugs, firearms of any kind, lit candles, incense and flammable liquids are absolutely prohibited.
Cooking equipment such as electric woks, frying pans, panini machines, rice cookers, and toasters are not permitted in rooms or in communal spaces.

Emergency Procedures:
All guests must take the time to familiarise themselves with the posted emergency and evacuation procedures upon arrival at the Boulcott Hall on hearing an alarm, all guests must follow the posted procedures and instructions from Boulcott Hall staff and emergency service.
Any False alarms as a result of tampering with fire equipment will incur a Fire Service Fee which is currently $1000 + GST.

General Rules:
All guests must be considerate of other guests and avoid producing noise that may disturb the comfort, work, or study of other guests. Noise is to be kept to a minimum at night, between the hours of 10.00pm and 6.00am
Groups are permitted only on floors they occupy and communal/public areas.
