1. Early Bird Rates: Rates are valid until 31 March 2025. Bookings made after this date will be subject to higher rates.

2. Availability: All accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking.

3. No booking is confirmed until payment has been received.

4. Refund Policy: Cancellations are refundable until 31 March 2025, with a $50 per room cancellation fee.

5. Non-Refundable After 31 March 2025: All bookings become non-refundable from 1 April 2025, regardless of the reason.
