Costs covered for Cluster Managers and Lead School Principals

  • Attendance at this event. 
  • Accommodation at the James Cook Hotel for the 17 August. However, for people from Clusters 1, 2, 17, 19, 32, 37, 38 the Ministry will cover an extra nights' accommodation. 
  • Flights and accommodation booked through Orbit through this registration. Please note you will not be reimbursed for any flights and accommodation you have booked separately. 
  • A check in bag is available if requested, however, we encourage you to bring carry on luggage to reduce costs and transfer time. 
  • If you wish to fly earlier than 17 August or later than 18 August please note this when you register. You will need to arrange and pay for any additional accommodation.
  • Meals - lunch and dinner on the 17 August at the event and breakfast and lunch on the 18 August. 
  • Transfers to and from Wellington airport as required (arranged through Orbit).

Note some costs are not covered by the Ministry including extra charges for changing bookings, travel from home to the airport, airport parking, and any additional meals and accommodation.
