Accommodation details
WHERE
This year we have two hotels that our people will be staying at. These are the Oaks Apartments and the Ibis hotel.
When your register you will be directed to confirm your accommodation requirements and this will confirm where you will be staying.
COST
All accommodation where a person is attending all elements of the conference that apply to them, will have their accommodation that fits with the flights/travel requirements to attend these included.
Any incidental charges incurred during your stay will be at your own expense. A credit card will be required at check in.
If you are extending your stay any additional night/s or charges are at your own expense.
