If you have not already registered to attend Congress, we would urge that you do so quickly. 

If you are a recently returned volunteer or accompanying partner (returned since the 31 October 2018 and have been debriefed before 1 November 2019) you are considered a “VSA nominated guest”, and your travel and accommodation costs will be met by VSA.

Accommodation bookings for VSA's nominated guests: If you are a nominated guest, VSA covers the cost of your accommodation. The accommodation is at Hotel Waterloo & Backpackers.

• All rooms have shared bathrooms and BYO towel and toiletries.
  
• Room bookings are on a shared basis and preferences are subject to availability. We will contact you if we can't accommodate your request.
  
• We’ll also make sure you have the directions between your accommodation and the venues. 
  

Flight arrangements for VSA's nominated guests:

If you are a nominated guest, VSA covers the costs of your travel. VSA will be advising the agent at Orbit Groups & Events of the names of nominated guests who will be contacting Orbit Groups & Events directly to make travel bookings, and you will be able to begin booking your travel at the time of registering to attend Congress. Orbit Groups & Events have been instructed to book the cheapest flights available

Catering: please specify any dietary requirements as you register

• Lunch, morning and afternoon tea will be supplied during Congress
