2020 information regarding changes/cancellations and merchandise

What happens to my registration fee?

We would love to have you along to our 2021 event here in Kapiti and so if you are keen to still join us in the sunny Kapiti coast we will carry your registration costs over to the 2021 Nationals.In turn if you would prefer a refund we are happy to do this just let us know via email. There will be a $25 admin fee taken off your registration costs. Please let us know as soon as possible if you want a refund. 

 

What about merchandise? 

Some may say that the merchandise for 2020 is now a collectors item of the Nationals that couldn’t be. We have the stickers and tea towels already printed and will send these out to those of you who had ordered them. All other merchandise hasn’t been printed and so you will be fully refunded. 

 

If you have booked a non-refundable fare on Bluebridge, as an event partner they can offer you a credit for up to 12 months so you can transfer tickets to the revised event date next Easter. You should email them using your name and booking reference to bookings@bluebridge.co.nz to apply for a booking credit.
