IMPORTANT Information re our 'Hub’ - Paekakariki Holiday Park
If you aren't staying at the camp there is NO ENTRY through the front gates, you will need to park at Tilley Road, Paekakariki. There are signs to point the way.
REGISTRATION PACKS
These can be collected on Friday night from 3pm – 7.30pm. We will be at Paekakariki Holiday Camp at the back near the lodge. If you are staying there check in and come and see us. If you are just visiting please park at TILLEY ROAD carpark and follow the signs across the grass to see us.
If you aren't able to make it on Friday we will be on site at Show N Shine for you to collect your bag then. We will be at the gates to provide these to you and haven't collected these on Friday. Just cruise in and line up as per the below times:
We will have staggered arrival of all vehicles as follows: please adhere to these times so we can ensure traffic runs smoothly off the very busy surrounding streets. Traffic marshalls will be on hand to direct you.
Kombis: 7.30am
Beetles: 7.50am
Water Cooled: 8.20am
Other: 8.40am

Registration sticker for your windscreen – Please note, NO sticker, NO entry to the Show and Shine so go out to those VWs now and secure the sticker to your windscreen so you don’t forget.
The tickets for your nosh and bevvies for the weekend - Make sure to have these with you at all the events.
CASH
Make sure to have some cash with you over the weekend, we have raffles, cash sales for merchandise and also some sweets and drinks to purchase at the end of the cruise.
DRINKS
For those of you that like a wee tipple don’t forget it is Easter Weekend and you will not be able to purchase alcohol Friday or Sunday. Thanks to our silver sponsor Panhead Custom Ales we will have a couple of complementary beverages for you at Friday’s Burgers & Brews, hosted by Auto Enhancements in addition to some non - alcoholics however if you want more you may want get sorted before Friday. Sunday’s West Coast Pools Sunset Dinner is BYO and Saturday’s VW NZ Hubs 'n' Dubs Dinner beverages are available for purchase at the venue, no BYO available.
We are trying to reduce our footprint this weekend so ask that if you are staying on site at the camp to please BYO your wine glass, beer or non-alcoholic glass for Friday night – limited plastic glasses will be available.
COVID-19 and Hand Washing: As we all have become accustom to, we require all attendees to scan in at all events, where these are displayed or sign the paper sign in sheet, if you don’t have a mobile phone. As we have to keep accurate attendee lists in case these are required, we ask if you decide to on sell, or give your tickets, to any event, to someone else, let us know so we can update our records.

I need to change or cancel my registration?
If you need to make changes to your registration, want to update your vehicles, events attended or people who are attending or are cancelling please email Kylie on vwn@outlook.co.nz. Cancellation fees now apply as
Attendee Information Sheet
This is your entry for the weekend and tells you what you have booked and paid for. Some of the names will have changed but the events are the same. Please bring this with you to registration.
Accommodation
If you had a site booked at the Paekakkariki Holiday Park for 2020 this would have been transferred over to 2021 for the corresponding dates, including any deposit you would have made on that booking. You should have received a confirmation of this booking back from the Park. If you did not receive this please email the park at bookings@paekakarikiholidaypark.co.nz quoting your original booking number and name so they can reconfirm your booking.
